The time to wake up the walking dead leaders is now

I see them. I know you do too. The zombies. They want your brains.

They are the leaders that have just been in the game too long or have got where they are by being 'yes men' but there’s no one to say ‘yes’ to anymore so they just put one foot in front of the other…

They shamble mindlessly through 'all hands' meetings and insist on repeating the apparent successes of their previous positions.

They do 'good work' but mostly measured by its own standard. It moves the needle on sales, or growth, or customer satisfaction. Put a tick in the win column for this quarter.

Jerking their way from one trite phrase to another. Unable to craft original thoughts they rely on communication specialists and their command of what is and is not acceptable to the braying masses in their post-apocalyptic landscape.

Time for them to spearhead a rebrand or launch a new product. Stick '-ly' or '-r' on the end and put a lowercase letter in a flat colour box for your icon.

They are desperate to be whole again, to be something more. They are drawn to humanity even as they are clearly themselves a poor…
